Minors on Campus

ECU is committed to a safe environment for all individuals on ECU property. Groups that include youth (under age 18) must register with the Youth Programs and Camps Office (YPCO) and abide by ECU REG01.15.13, Minors on Campus Regulation.

Youth-serving groups should contact the YPCO staff at as soon as possible in the planning process for guidance.

Use of University Property

Both internal and external groups should consult the ECU Use of University Property – Interim regulation for guidance on the use and allocation of University property.

Special Accommodations for Disabilities

Campus Living makes every effort to accommodate individuals with special needs. Please alert our staff as soon as possible if your group needs special accommodations.

Individuals requesting accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact the Office of Disability Support Services at least two weeks prior to check-in.
